border-box;">为彰显历年打击惩治侵害食品药品安全犯罪的典型成果，在活动开展前，我院按照刑事诉讼法及其解释的相关规定，对历年来侵犯食品药品安全犯罪中所涉物品进行逐一清点、核对、拍照、登记，对不具物证保管意义、易腐坏变质不便长期保存的假冒伪劣物品及作案工具打包封存，统一移交市场监督管理局集中销毁。共计向市场监督管理局移送销售假药案中52种近600盒（瓶）假药及假冒伪劣商品包装、宣传海报数百份，生产、销售不符合安全标准食品案中假蜂蜜若干。</p></section></section></section></section><section border-box;">通过本次法治宣传向公众传达了我院严格依法严惩侵犯食品药品安全犯罪，切实保障人民群众生命财产安全的决心。近年来，我院共计审结侵害食品药品安全犯罪案件39件70人，其中生产、销售假药24件39人，生产、销售不符合安全标准的食品12件26人，生产、销售不符合卫生标准的食品1件3人，生产、销售有毒、有害食品1件1人，销售伪劣产品1件1人。我院充分利用禁止令、财产刑等刑罚手段，加大犯罪成本，消除犯罪分子从犯罪中获利的余地，限制及至剥夺再犯罪动机和能力。</p><p border-box;">食品药品安全关涉民生，关系社会和谐稳定，我院将严格贯彻落实我国关于从严惩处侵害食品药品安全犯罪的立法精神，准确把握、认定侵害食品药品安全犯罪定罪量刑法律法规的规定，有力打击犯罪。将与公安机关、检察机关、市场监督管理局等部门建立并完善司法与行政执法衔接工作机制，大力强化行政职能和司法职能衔接效果，形成打击侵害食品药品安全违法犯罪合力，积极推进食品药品安全社会共治格局，共同保障人民群众“舌尖上的安全”，确保群众对食品、药品安全的信心和信任。</p></section></section></section></section><section
