border-box;">过去五年，我县社会救助充分发挥兜底性、基础性保障作用，为助力全县高质量限时打赢脱贫攻坚战发挥了积极作用。为扎实做好脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接，各社会救助成员联席单位党组班子高度重视，均落实了1名分管负责人、1名联系人、至少1名业务人员，搭建起我县社会救助“一门受理、协同办理”工作运行机制。县民政局作为牵头部门，党组书记、局长亲自部署，分管副局长具体抓落实，社会救助科3名业务骨干分别联系第三方机构、社会救助成员联席单位、各乡镇（街道）和各村（社区）。</span></p><p border-box;">继2021年1月20日我县第一次社会救助联席会议召开后，各成员单位之间已实现社会救助信息共享。2021年一季度，我县社会救助联席会议成员单位共享数据已达187311条。通过“城口县社会救助一体化协同办理平台”新增受理救助登记信息共67条，救助办结48条，19条数据正在审核审批流程中。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(127, 127, 127); font-size: 15px; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 14px;box-sizing: border-box;">县社会救助家庭经济核查平台数据信息进一步完善。截止3月底，<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">县规划自然资源局</strong>共享房屋登记、变更、交易信息数据共1413条，检出不符合救助对象7人；<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">县财政局</strong>共享财政供养人员工资信息数据共5768条，检出不符合救助的对象1人；<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">县卫健委</strong>共享卫生系统人员工资信息数据共984条，检出不符合救助的对象1人；<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">县公安局</strong>共享死亡人口信息共639条，检出不符合救助的对象5人。同时，核查平台通过县残联共享的残疾人持证信息、县<span style="box-sizing: border-box;">扶</span>贫办共享的建卡贫困人口信息，每月定期开展数据比对和低收入人口信息监测。 </span></p><p style="color: rgb(127, 127, 127); font-size: 15px; text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">2021年第一季度，<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">县民政局</strong>立足于困难群众基本生活保障，为城乡低保、特困供养、孤儿、艾滋病儿童等发放困难资金约2652.04万元。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(127, 127, 127); font-size: 15px; border-box;">在保障流浪乞讨人员人身安全方面，积极指导各派出所加强街面巡逻防控工作，对工作中发现的流浪乞讨人员，主动积极核查其身份并配合救助管理机构落实救助工作；对于由民政部门救助管理机构照料（托养、供养）滞留的无法查明身份（户籍）信息流浪乞讨人员，需要申报户口的，积极配合救助管理机构落实解决户口问题，确保流浪乞讨人员的人生安全和社会权益得到保障。</span></p><p
