color="#000000">为进一步提升我县民政干部队伍素质和能力，4月14日至15日，县民政局采取以会代训的形式，由相关业务科室负责人对城乡低保、特困供养、临时救助、养老服务、儿童福利、殡葬管理、换届选举、社会治理、流浪乞讨救助等重点民政业务对乡镇街道民政干部、政府购买社会救助服务人员开展了业务培训。</font></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;"><font color="#000000">同时，本次培训还邀请了四川外国语大学教授和单位法律顾问分别对社会工作和《民法典》、新修订的《未成年人保护法》进行了实用培训。除2名学员中途因事请假外，其余学员53人全程参与培训（其中政府购买社会救助服务人员23人），期间全体学员遵守会议秩序、严肃会议纪律，以饱满的热情认真听讲、做笔记，体现了积极向上的良好精神风貌。</font></p><section style="text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 2em;"><font color="#000000">培训结束后进行了闭卷测试。为确保测试质量，派驻纪检组派员参与测试现场监考和阅卷监督工作。其测试结果为：最高85.5 分、最低48分；60分以上46人，占参与测试总人数的87%；60分以下7人，占参与测试总人数的13%；平均成绩68分。</font></section><section style="text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 2em;"><font color="#000000">为深化培训目标，县民政局将抽选各科室业务骨干，组建工作检查和业务指导组，深入一线，与乡镇街道民政干部开展实地调研和业务指导，对工作人员测试成绩较差的乡镇街道，就政策执行情况进行重点督促和检查。</font></section></section></section><section style="font-size: 16px; text-align:
