3px;">首先，刘七老师分析了目前职业教育存在的学情三大特点，一是职业认同感不高或者不认同;二是学习兴趣随时间推移而减弱;三是产生厌学和本科录取分数较高，呈逐年上升的趋势。为进一步提升教学质量，需要加快实现产教融，以校企合作的关系实现学校培养的技能技术型人才与企业无缝接轨。</p></section></section><section data-support="96编辑器" 3px;">接着，刘七老师分享了产教融合对教学的促进的四个作用：1.使教学方法和手段多样化;2.提升学习兴趣、职业认同;3.对技能大赛的促进作用;4.促进专业发展。在教学方式和手段多样化这块，邀请了会计电算化专业袁家会老师现场演示任务教学法在财会中的应用，邀请旅游服务与管理专业老师肖长兰演示情景教学法在旅游专业的应用，邀请汽车运用与维修专业教师张发财演示理实一体化教学法在汽修专业教学中的应用，三个教师的实地演练成为本次讲座的亮点，把产教融合在不同的专业的应用体现的淋漓尽致。</p></section></section><section
