248);"></span>从交行重庆市分行到达鸡鸣乡，至少要经历6个多小时的颠簸。该行据考察小组成员回忆“第一次到鸡鸣乡，下着小雨，空气阴冷，我们下车后没有休息，沿着大巴山脉走了很久才到达目的地。”据悉，大巴山脉是曾经红四方面军曾经战斗过的地方，这里山高峡长、路窄坡陡，很多贫困户住在山里，虽然远远能望见房子，但由于山路崎岖，通常要走很久才进得了屋，当地人称之为“望到屋，走到哭”。</span></p><p 15px;">当天冒着细雨在泥泞湿滑的山路上艰难跋涉，大家的脚上、裤腿上都沾满泥巴，两脚沉重得像绑着沙袋。正是在这样的条件下，考察小组走访了贫困户潮湿的木板房、略显寒碜的鸡鸣乡茶厂及当地部分企业，掌握了一手资料，摸清了当地“苦涩”的根源。</span></p><p 融智”的方式推进乡村振兴。该行发挥产业带动作用，从振兴鸡鸣乡茶厂入手，将扶贫政策与产业发展有效结合起来，从政策和操作层面做好可行性分析研究，运用绿色信贷的策略，拿出切实可行的融资方案，为茶叶公司提供了100万元的授信额度，帮助其扩大规模创造收益。随后，该行发放20万元专项资金，支持产品电商平台的搭建，打通茶叶“线上”销售渠道，为鸡鸣乡茶叶扩大销售范围、积淀市场口碑提供帮助。</span><br></p></section><section
