border-box;">最后，党组书记、院长晋松总结了我院教育整顿工作还存在学深悟透有差距，前期查纠整改填报浮于表面、上热中温下冷，谈心谈话深入性、针对性不足等问题，并对下一步工作提出具体要求。<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">一是</strong>坚持"自查从宽、被查从严"政策导向，紧扣"清除害群之马、整治顽瘴痼疾"目标任务，突出刀刃向内、刮骨疗毒，对法院队伍存在的痼疾毒瘤进行“大扫除”，立行立改、边查边改。<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">二是</strong>有针对性、深入性开展谈心谈话，克服干警“观望”、“侥幸”、“担心”心态，打消干警思想顾虑，引导干警主动说清问题。<strong style="box-sizing:
