城口县2021年春季“学本教学”培训及推进会在城口中学隆重举行。本次“学本教学”现场诊断及培训活动初中物理学科和心理健康学科在城口中学宽弘楼同时进行，其它学科由全县各中学校长、分管教学的副校长或教导主任随机进入城口中学7、8年级教室，观摩4节随堂课。活动期间，城口中学安排专人进行会场布置、座位签的制作、现场拍照、钉钉直播及宣传报道，确保5月18日“学本教学”活动在我校圆满开展。</span></p><p 2px;">第三节课和第五节课，分别由沙坪坝区32中学刘俊岚老师和沙坪坝区15中学唐建军老师带来两堂优质的示范课。两位老师无论是教学设计、还是教学的实施过程都让老师们感觉耳目一心，意犹未尽。刘老师的课堂充分体现对教材文本的挖掘，探究过程的设计层层递进，强烈引发学生的争论、辨析,学生的思维品质获得巨大升华。谭老师的课堂以游戏环节引入，学生学习兴趣陡然提升。整堂课以动漫“小木块”为研究对象，贯穿压强浮力重点知识能力的闯关，设计十分激趣、新颖。两位老师教学中均十分重视学生物理作图能力、构建模型等能力的培养。</span></span></p><p 下午1：30分，顾不上午间的休息，全体学员又齐聚宽弘楼会议室，由进修校初中物理教研员成自菊老师主持，沙坪坝区教师进修学院中学物理研修员谭俊贤老师为我们带来了一场精彩的初中物理专题讲座，我校张晴主任做了欢迎辞并对我校现状做了简要介绍。谭老师首先对上午的汇报课做了精彩评析，他肯定了我校在实施“学本教学”的过程中取得的成效：老师的教学设计、实施教学的过程、调动学生的学习积极性等方面均贯穿着“学本教学“的理念。学生的学习方式，精神面貌，表达能力均有显著提升。谭老师还针对新高考物理选课问题分享了自己的见解，并对初中物理教师如何帮助学生今后如何科学选课做了合理的建议。最后，谭老师以《全力以赴抓重点、因材施教破难题》为题对近五年重庆中考试题做了详细分析和教学建议。他明确指出针对中考备考要做到基础保底，不容有失；中档撑腰、洞见症结；难题取舍、彰显智慧。他还精辟地总结出在物理“学本教学”中要“用模型描述自然，用数学表达模型，用实验检验模型”的教学本质。</span></p><p 16px;">第三节课，由重庆市凤鸣山中学谭媛芳老师执教的题为《我和考试有个“约会”》的示范课。首先，谭老师通过“考试蹲”让学生澄清在面对考试时个人可能出现的各种情绪反应，利用社会计量中的点状测量让学生了解到因为考试出现的所有情绪反应都是普遍且正常的；随后，谭老师通过让学生手绘“自我状态卡”，进一步澄清考试压力的主要来源，并根据点状测量的结果就“重要他人期望”“自我发展的需求”等话题进行了深入的讨论和分享；最后，谭老师通过角色交换让学生感受到在应对考试压力时自身具有的强大能量与社会支持，提高了学生应对考试压力的能力。</span></p><p
