border-box;">向某与罗某原系夫妻，双方因离婚纠纷曾两次诉至法院，离婚判决生效后，罗某申请执行向某，现向某以新证据提起离婚后财产纠纷诉讼，因双方矛盾较深难以调和，向某曾大闹法庭，财产纷争又加剧了矛盾升级。为稳妥处理本案，城口法院党组成员、副院长付成林主动提出承办该起案件。</p></section></section><section style="text-align: border-box;">5月21日，付院长来到罗某所在的社区，向社区干部了解情况，并会见了罗某及其亲属。面对不停诉苦的当事人，付院长一边耐心安慰罗某冷静处理家庭纠纷，一边深入浅出地从法律角度分析案件的关键问题，同时希望罗某多从家庭角度出发，打开心结，抛弃前嫌，互谅互让，通过协商解决纠纷。通过长达一个多小时的促膝长谈，罗某的态度有所缓和，并对法官的到访深表感谢。</p></section></section></section></section><section
