";P《通知》强调，巩固拓展医保脱贫成果，有效衔接乡村振兴战略。逐步实现由集中资源支持脱贫攻坚向统筹三重制度常态化保障平稳过渡。严格落实“四不摘”要求，保持医疗保障主要帮扶政策总体稳定，分类落实好脱贫人口各项医疗保障待遇，实事求是确定待遇标准，确保政策平稳衔接、制度可持续，建立防范化解因病返贫致贫长效机制，统筹完善托底保障措施。</p><p style="font-size: 16px; ";P《通知》提出，推进医保支付方式改革、常态化开展药品集中带量采购、加强医保基金监管，不断提高居民医保基金使用效率。推动DRG和DIP试点城市实际付费，健全谈判药品落地监测机制。做好国家组织药品耗材集采落地实施，建立医药价格和招采信用评价制度。抓好《医疗保障基金使用监督管理条例》贯彻落实。巩固提升统筹层次，全面做实市地级统筹，积极稳妥推动省级统筹。</p><p style="font-size: ";P《通知》要求，加强医保公共管理服务，强化服务意识，优化服务方式。继续做好新冠肺炎患者医疗费用结算，及时结算新冠疫苗及接种费用。全面落实经办政务服务事项清单，增强基层医疗保障公共服务能力。完善门诊费用跨省直接结算服务。坚持传统服务方式与智能服务方式创新并行，提高线上服务适老化水平，优化线下服务模式，更好为人民群众提供公平可及、便捷高效、温暖舒心的医疗保障服务。</p><p
