border-box;">原告李某粘与被告冉某军财产损害赔偿纠纷一案，原、被告均为左岚乡大坝村村民，被告冉某军系七十余岁的低保户，性格暴躁，法律意识淡薄。2007年11月20日，时任大坝村村主任刘某祥生前将涉案林地填写到被告的林权证上，四至界限清晰明了，但未依法办理相关审批手续，而涉案林地又依法登记在原告的林权证上，双方当事人对案涉林地权属问题发生了激烈的争执。<span border-box;">承办法官张雷认为本案简单“一判了之”难以从根源上化解矛盾，更无法实现法律效果与社会效果的有机统一。为了查明案件事实，切实化解矛盾纠纷，张法官一行决定前往大山深处实地勘察案涉林地，认真对林地四至界限、砍伐树木具体情况等问题逐一核实，作出勘察笔录并拍照取证。同时鉴于本案矛盾极其尖锐突出，加之当事人法律意识淡薄，张法官一行开展了大量的庭前调解和普法宣讲工作，该案正在依法审理过程中。对于三法庭干警认真负责、不偏不倚的办案态度也赢得了当事人的信任和支持，纷纷表示相信人民法院一定能够作出公平、公正的裁判。</p></section></section><section
