#000000;">崖柏是一类起源于恐龙时代的“活化石”。1998年世界自然保护联盟将崖柏列为中国已灭绝的3种植物之一。但1999年10月重庆市国家重点保护野生植物骨干调查队在城口考察时，重新发现了已“消失”的崖柏野生居群。崖柏的重新发现，无疑是近年来林草部门在植物资源调查方面的重大突破。</span></p><p style="text-align:center;text-indent: #000000;">而这样的例子还有很多。在重庆大巴山国家级自然保护区陈列馆，我们见到了目前全国第一大的浸泡植物标本，一株青翠欲滴的崖柏。此外，还有红豆杉、南方红豆杉、光叶珙桐、水青树和喜树等。其中，前3种为国家一级重点保护植物，以“城口”或“巴山”命名的45种，如城口铁角蕨、城口青冈、城口樟、城口黄栌、城口荛花、巴山松、巴山冷杉、巴山榧、巴山花椒等。</span></p><p 16px;color: #000000;">近年来，城口县建成核桃种苗繁育基地450亩，新建高观镇等6个高产示范园1370亩，实施核桃低效林改造3000亩，核桃高产示范园区达24个4800亩。截至2020年，全县核桃资源总量达到40万亩，投产面积17万亩以上，包含种植资源和野生核桃资源在内，产量达7400吨。</span></p><p
