1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">谭清松，现任城口县高观镇党委委员、副镇长、妇联主席，参加工作三十年，她时时刻刻不忘共产党员身份，扎根基层、立足岗位、奋发进取，各项工作总是想在前、干在前、冲在前，模范执行党的路线、方针、政策，以心系群众的高尚情操和无私奉献的精神，践行着自己的入党誓言和公仆初心。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">2001年，谭清松同志以一名扶贫专干的身份开始接触扶贫工作，2012年提拔为县管领导干部后又分管扶贫工作，接近20年的扶贫工作让她积累了丰富的理论知识与实践经验。2015年精准扶贫启动以来，谭清松深知要做好识别、帮扶、退出“三精准”，紧紧围绕贫困户“两不愁三保障”问题解决，才能真真正正的如期打赢脱贫攻坚战。谭请松协同各包村领导、村支两委主要负责人、驻村干部组建工作专班，逐村摸清底子、逐户调查、摸底核算，并率先提出把产业发展、贫困人口务工就业、改善基础设施同脱贫攻坚有机结合，强化贫困户自身“造血”能力，就这样谭清松白天奔波在各个贫困村协调主抓各项工作、深入贫困户家中解决难题，晚上与主要领导、联村领导商讨一天的工作，反复讨论精准帮扶措施。在一次进城开会的途中，她和主要领导谈到部分镇机关职工参与扶贫工作不多不够的情况，大胆向主要领导提出，将机关职工分配到各村实行网格管理扶贫工作的建议，将扶贫工作任务切实落实到班子成员和每一名机关干部身上。在征得镇主要领导同意支持后，她连夜回到镇上将网格责任划分到人头，把任务分解到村、明确到户、落实到人，解决了扶贫工作“两头热中间冷”的现象。每当群众有了困难，她比户主都还要着急，总是身先士卒，第一个冲在前、干在前，经常奔波在基层第一线，进村入户，为贫困群众排忧解难。</span></p><p 15px;">在解决好贫困群众产业、就业方面的难题时，谭清松以镇妇联主席身份，积极发挥妇女“半边天”的作用，带领各村（社区）妇联组织、广大妇女及家庭积极投身农村人居环境综合整治，帮助吊远户、边角户、孤寡老人户清理卫生死角，开展卫生评比，引导贫困户树立爱干净、讲卫生的良好习惯，引导和帮助他们树立用辛勤劳动创造美好生活的信心和志气。同时强化精神脱贫引领，深化精神扶贫，五年来，她累计负责开展扶贫政策、精神脱贫宣讲和脱贫攻坚主题文艺汇演等系列活动100余场次，牵头完善健全11个村（社区）村规民约、红黑榜、红白理事会章程、积分超市管理制度，注重典型示范和先进榜样带动，指导建立11个新时代文明实践站和成立11支新时代文明实践志愿服务队，她组织辖区党员、妇女同胞、中小学生累计开展以“关爱孤寡老人、困境儿童”、“移风易俗”、精神扶贫“六进农家”、“五干净六整齐”清洁家园为主题的各类志愿服务活动150余次，推选新乡贤32名，累计评比表彰脱贫光荣户、“好媳妇好婆婆”等先进典型186户，以典型带动、切身体会、亲自参与等方式有效增强了贫困群众自我脱贫意愿。2021年4月，谭清松被中共重庆市委、市政府授予“重庆市脱贫攻坚先进个人”称号。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">艰苦创业，从白手起家到千万家业。上世纪九十年代，王姣在县城半边街开了一家饲料、兽药门市，迈出了人生白手起家创业的第一步。她倡导并鼓励广大农民大力养殖城口山地鸡，经过大量的市场调研，她决定上山养鸡。从此她与工人一起吃住在山上，搭桥铺路引水盖鸡舍，随着基础设施的投入，原本预计投资50万元建山地鸡养殖场，最后实际投入达到了300万元。山地鸡养殖场建成投产后，由于没有山地鸡养殖经验，又不懂养殖技术，大量的鸡出现死亡。很快公司就亏损100多万元。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">然而她没有趴下，积极总结经验教训。2008年初，一期工程投入500万元，当年就实现市上要求“存栏种鸡1.5万羽核心种鸡场”的目标。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">热爱工作，带领乡亲共同奔跑。她开始在北屏乡建立城口山地鸡生态放养基地，注册自己的品牌——王大嫂山地鸡。公司开始建立精深加工基地，用以发展深加工产业，依托城口得天独厚的生态资源优势，发展山地鸡，建立种鸡场，培育种鸡，选育提纯，注册公司、征用土地、建设施工。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">现如今，王姣不仅自己掌握了熟练的养殖技术，她还免费将自己多年的养殖经验教给更多农户。据不完全统计，2009年至今，王姣带动全县20多个乡镇，400余农户养鸡，先后出栏城口山地鸡近200万只。</span></p><p style="text-align: 15px;">情怀于心，扶贫济困回报社会。王姣常常自掏腰包资助寒门学子完成学业，她垫资1万余元帮村民买养老保险，“7.17”特大暴雨洪灾捐款捐物2万余元，帮助村民铺路修桥，在全县带动山地鸡养殖大户128户，一般山地鸡养殖农户和贫困户386户，为他们提供种苗、饲养技术、产品回收等服务，与农户同发展共效益，2021年4月，王姣被中共重庆市委、市政府授予“重庆市脱贫攻坚先进个人”称号。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section
