2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">为加强全县养老服务从业人员队伍建设，提高养老服务机构管理和服务水平，6月28日，由县民政局、县人力社保局主办，城口县天坤职教中心承办的全国养老护理大赛城口县选拔赛赛前培训班正式开班。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">此次培训分为两期，每期班10天，主要针对各乡镇（街道）公办和民办养老机构护理服务人员、街道养老服务中心、社区养老服务站、村级互助养老点，以及有意愿从事居家和社区养老服务人员。培训内容主要围绕养老行业发展现状及前景、养老护理员职业素质和职业道德、老年人的生活照料和基础护理、老年人常见疾病的护理、老年人的安全防护及应急救护等养老护理知识。通过全面专业的服务技能培训，培养高素质、专业化的养老护理员队伍，系统地提升我县养老服务质量。培训结束后，将以《养老护理员国家职业技能标准（2019年版）》三级/高级工及以上知识和技能要求为内容，主要以理论知识和操作技能两部分进行鉴定评价，合格后发放养老护理（初级）技能证书，并选拔成绩优异者参加重庆市养老护理职业技能大赛选拔赛。</p><p
