255);">修齐场镇改线施工前后对比图</span></p></section></section><p>县城至修齐的公路自1958年建成以来，从场镇穿“场”而过，成了前往高观镇、治平乡、岚天乡、河鱼乡、东安镇、巫溪县的要道，近年来，随着场镇扩展，车辆增多，原有道路已经远远满足不了通行需求，堵车成为常态，“只要一辆车抛了锚，或者驾驶员一停靠，就开始堵车，少则三五分钟，多则二三十分钟，”修齐场镇居民周和平谈起堵车直摇头，堵车耽误了驾驶员的时间不说，也严重影响到场镇居民的正常生活，噪音污染、出行不便、安全隐患……不仅如此，修齐场镇的“肠梗阻”还对全县东部片区旅游开发产生负面影响，五一、国庆小长假车流量猛增，长时间的堵车，让游客更是堵心。</p><p><mpcpc none;"></mpcpc></p><p>如何解决这一难题？在当时成了驾驶员和场镇居民最关切、当地政府最头疼的问题。如果实行单边放行，每辆车将在场镇耗时10分钟以上，如果用拆迁房屋，拓宽原有公路的办法，则耗资巨大，且场镇用地本来就十分有限，大量居民无处可搬。</p><section style="margin-top: 7px;max-width: 100%;font-family: 255);">修齐场镇改线施工前后对比图</span></p></section></section><p>县交通局多次到现场踏勘，通过综合评估认为，改道分流是解决修齐场镇“肠梗阻”的唯一办法。3.5公里长、路基宽8.5米的新建公路，要建3座桥梁、9道钢筋混凝土盖板涵洞，需要资金高达6400万元。保证道路通畅，是交通人的神圣使命和光荣职责！县交通局积极向上汇报争取，不断优化各种具体方案，最终工程得以在2019年7月开工。在施工过程中，工程参建人员精心组织施工，修建桥梁抢抓工期，避开洪峰；山体开挖多重保护措施，避免损伤居民楼；路面建设攻克难点，保护污水处理厂……，历时两年，历经艰难，修齐场镇过境公路改建工程终于完工！“这个工程的完工，不仅仅是彻底治理了场镇的拥堵，改善了出行条件，我们将充分利用新建的公路，深度开发中沙坝新区！”修齐镇党委书记李心忠说到。</p><p 255);">修齐场镇改线施工前后对比图</span></p></section><p>全县交通“肠梗阻”现象不仅发生在修齐场镇，在多个乡镇都不同程度有所体现。我县深处大巴山腹地，山大沟深，素有“九山半水半分田”之说，乡镇场镇基本都建在狭窄的河谷地带，随着经济社会发展，车流量增多，人流量增大，原有的场镇过境线远远不能满足现有的通行需求。“民有所需，我必有为”，近年来，县交通局积极谋划，将场镇改线工程作为一项重要的民生工程，一个个乡镇也因为场镇改线实现了华丽的转身。</p><p
