box-sizing: border-box;">座谈中，乡党委领导和驻村工作队第一书记对双利社区村情民情作了介绍，就工作推进情况、存在的困难进行了汇报，并深入交流意见。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box;">最后，就如何做好脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴工作的有效衔接，宋年登对驻村工作队提出几点要求：</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box;">一要</span>珍惜机会，加强学习，不断提高工作能力。抓住驻村锻炼机会，认真履职，主动作为，在沉下身子同时克服“懒、怕、躁”的思想，全力以赴做好乡村振兴工作。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box;">二要</span>对标要求，明确目标，准确把握工作重点。把巩固脱贫攻坚成果作为首要任务，全力做好“两不愁三保障”巩固情况“回头看”工作，推动乡村振兴战略，在工作安排上，要立足村情和发展定位，确保思想清、措施明、推进快。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;
