border-box;">7月16日，城口县岚天乡社会工作站和岚溪村、星月村、红岸村、三河村社会工作室挂牌成立，这标志着城口县已基本搭建起社会工作三级服务体系。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">社会工作三级服务体系指在县设立社会工作指导中心，在乡镇（街道）设立社会工作站，在村（社区）设立社会工作室，通过搭建社会工作三级服务平台，构建形成横向融合、纵向联动的社会工作服务体系。县民政局就深入推进社会工作三级服务体系建设进行了研究和部署，一是在县民政局设立城口县社会工作指导中心，负责全县社会工作统筹规划、资源整合、协调指导、督促检查、绩效评估、经验推广和人才队伍建设、标准化工作；二是在乡镇（街道）设立社会工作站，负责社区社会组织培育、本土社工人才培养和社会工作室指导工作；三是在村（社区）设立社会工作室，负责开展儿童关爱、养老服务、社区治理、乡村振兴等社会工作服务。通过阵地建设、本土社工人才培养、专业培训和服务示范等方式推动城口县本土社会工作发展，探索一条具有城口特色的社会工作发展路径。</p><p
