border-box;">县民政局以开展新时代文明实践和党史教育实践为契机，全面推动主动发现“救在身边”常态化工作机制，着实为弱势困难群众扎牢一道社会救助兜底保障安全网。</p><p style="color: rgb(127, 127, 127); font-family: Optima-Regular, PingFangTC-light; font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 1px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">一是主动发现，贴心服务“救在身边”。一支以县、乡镇（街道）、村（社区） “三级响应”体系的社会救助主动发现救助工作队伍，整合了民政（社会事务）业务人员、残疾人专职委员、驻村队员和村（居）两委成员、网格管理员、残疾人专职委员、村（居）民小组长、党员代表、乡贤人士等力量，想困难群众所想、急困难群众所急。</p><p style="color: rgb(127, 127, 127); font-family: Optima-Regular, PingFangTC-light; font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 1px; text-indent: 2em; white-space: normal; box-sizing: border-box;">二是畅通渠道，一站式服务“救在身边”。社会救助相关部门、乡镇（街道）、村（社区），均以值班电话开通社会救助服务热线，受理群众诉求和政策咨询；落实专人负责社会救助“一门受理、协同办理”网络平台监管服务。线上线下，困难群众享受一站式便民服务，有求必应。</p><p style="color: rgb(127, 127, 127); font-family: border-box;">三是常态化查访制度，安全服务“救在身边”。开展常态化走访排查工作，建立主动发现救助排查台账，跟踪救助服务质量，做到凡事有回音，件件有着落，满意在民心！</p><p style="color: rgb(127, 127, 127); font-family: Optima-Regular, PingFangTC-light; font-size: 16px;
