style="text-align: left;box-sizing: border-box;"> 近期，国内多省陆续发生南京禄口机场、张家界关联病例，并出现多起聚集性疫情。为切实维护幼儿身体健康和生命安全，我们在此提醒：</p><p style="text-align: left;box-sizing: border-box;"> 一、非必要不外出。全体师生和家长非必要不离城，尤其不去中高风险地区及所在城市。提倡在本地休假，暂缓跨省旅游，避免与境外、国内中高风险地区及所在城市来城人员接触。请家长合理安排行程，保证幼儿8月10日前返渝回城，并做好健康管理，确保如期平安返园。</p><p style="text-align: left;box-sizing: border-box;"> 二、配合防控管理。暑假期间幼儿出渝和返渝家长须在班主任处报备，并在老师处建立健康档案，家长要配合老师做好幼儿每日健康管理。</p><p style="text-align: left;box-sizing: border-box;"> 按照城口县新冠肺炎疫情防控工作要求，市外及江津区、奉节县、国内中高风险地区返城人员应持48小时核酸检测阴性报告，不能提供证明的需就近进行两次核酸检测，结果出来之前应居家隔离，不聚会，不扎堆。并配合社区、单位做好旅居史及核酸报告查验工作。</p><p style="text-align: left;box-sizing: border-box;"> 三、做好健康监测。目前幼儿园已经启动暑期师生新冠疫情“日报告”、“零报告”工作，请家长每日关注幼儿健康情况，按时上报，如发现幼儿或家人有发热、咳嗽、乏力、咽痛、腹泻、嗅（味）觉减退等症状，应佩戴口罩及时到就近的医疗机构发热门诊就诊，途中尽量避免乘坐公共交通工具，并如实报告相关的旅居史和接触史。</p><p style="text-align: left;box-sizing: border-box;"> 四、保持良好习惯。坚持幼儿规律作息、合理膳食、戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、一米线，并注意咳嗽礼仪，使用公筷公勺，养成良好的卫生习惯。请家长不组织、不带幼儿参聚集性活动和线下机构培训活动。</p><p style="text-align: left;box-sizing: border-box;">
