0);">长期以来，女检察干警作为检察队伍中一支不可或缺的重要力量，她们奋战在打击刑事犯罪、强化诉讼监督等检察工作前线，始终践行执法为民的初心宗旨，准确把握检察工作主题和要求，以巾帼不让须眉的勇气承担了大量检察工作，在打击犯罪和服务经济社会发展中付出艰辛劳动，努力让人民群众在每一起司法案件中感受到公平正义。如赵春平在办理于某交通肇事一案时，主动收集被害人家庭困难相关线索和证据，为被害人的3个未成年子女申请到司法救助金6万元；赵春平对一起拟作出不起诉决定的危险驾驶案，将公开听证搬到村民院坝，邀请村民现场旁听公开听证会过程，达到了听证一案，影响一片的效果；卢波办理汪某与刘某健康权纠纷执行监督一案时，在查清案情的基础上积极联系县法院执行人员共同促成双方当事人达成执行和解，成功化解一起长达6年的矛盾积怨，该案入选市检察院第一批民事行政检察典型案例；刘淑平在校园安全专项检查中发现部分学校电子监控不完备、消防设施不符合规定，遂向相关职能部门发出诉前检察建议，现安全隐患已全部整改到位，未成年人安全得到进一步保障。</span></p><p 0);">县检察院女检协切实落实中央要求，面对突如其来的新冠疫情，积极投身疫情防控狙击战，义无反顾贡献检察巾帼力量，始终保持与党同心、同向、同频。“现在是疫情防控的关键时期，我们专门制作了疫情防控这一期间企业复工复产相关的法律政策指南，希望对你们有所帮助。”2020年春，随着对新冠疫情的逐步控制，各地企业正在逐步复工，抓生产补损失，为指导企业合法合规复工复产，真正直接有效的帮助企业家和员工渡难关、稳经营、谋发展，女检察干警积极参与，连夜赶制《新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间企业复工复产法律政策指南》，以问答方式直观详细的解答了在疫情防控时期企业和员工最密切相关的一些法律问题，第一时间送到了各中小微企业家和员工手中。2月底，女干警请战一线走访复工企业，一周时间共走访十余家企业，送出《指南》六十余本，她们还现场提供法律咨询服务，查看生产用工环境，对企业完善疫情防控措施提出建议意见。3月初，副检察长周朝辉带领女干警到蓼子乡、明中乡卫生院慰问值守医护人员，在三·八妇女节即将到来之际，向奋战在医疗战线的女同胞送去节日问候。此外，在家人员还自愿轮流担当疫情防控劝导员，积极参与社区防控工作，在疫情防控点一守就是一天。</span></p><p
