#000000;">据了解，友谊红坪仓储物流中心规划建筑面积为3万平方米，共分为3期5栋大楼，目前，项目一期建设已完成并部分投入使用，计划在国庆节前全面投用。到2022年，整个三期工程将全面建成投用。届时，该中心将成为复兴街道商贸物流产业的“中心轴”，在货物存储、商贸流通、物流中转等方面展现巨大作用。必将进一步夯实复兴街道产业根基，壮大产业实力。</span></p></section><section 16px;">包术香便是“快递大军”中的一员，就职于圆通速递公司的他，每天看到最多的物品就是蓝色的三轮快递车和大大小小的快递包裹，做的最多的事就是走街串巷、登楼爬梯一件件送货上门，听到最多的声音则是电话铃声和各种询问快递动向的咨询。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p #000000;">为何柿坪村冷链物流中心的生意能如此火爆？得益于丰富的商品种类和较低的价格。据王英介绍，他们的速冻仓库可谓“麻雀虽小，五脏俱全”，火锅店常用的鸡爪、鸡胗、鱿鱼、耗儿鱼；烧烤店所需的羊肉串、牛肉串、面筋；小卖部售卖的雪糕、冰棍、冰淇淋；菜市场需要的猪肉、白条鸡、牛腩等应有尽有，再加上进货渠道正规，售卖价格也相对便宜，吸引了众多商家前来批发购买。</span></p><p #000000;">“发展冷链物流，即是顺势而为，又充满了无奈。”王英说，柿坪村位于复兴街道东部，地处城乡结合部，土地资源稀少，限制了大规模农业产业发展，不找到一条新路子，产业振兴就是一句空话。去年，她和同事们在一次聚餐吃火锅时偶然发现许多菜品都是速冻食品，一下子打开了他们的思路。柿坪村距离县城仅5、6公里，又处于东部片区交通干道，具备发展冷链物流产业的天然优势。于是，他们立足于辐射县城及东部片区，充分激发村集体经济组织活力，改造利用老村委办公室，自筹资金65万元，建成了200余平方米的冷链物流配送中心，开业仅4个月利润就达6万元。</span></p><p
