15px;">旗杆山隧道位于重庆市城口县大巴山深处，隧道单线长15296米，是集团公司在建最长的公路隧道，这条被业内专家誉为“不良地质博物馆”的隧道地质极其复杂，主体穿越3个背斜和2个向斜，区间内分布4条断层和4处瓦斯煤层。隧道长度大，最大埋深达1304米，不良地质类型较多，最大涌水量达19000m3/h。施工过程中先后经历岩溶、暗河、涌水突泥、高地应力、瓦斯、断层、破碎带等问题39次，这也成了施工中最大的“绊脚石”。</span></p><p 15px;">开弓没有回头箭，困难面前勇者胜，面对种种难题，全体建设者迎难而上，从科学施工入手，邀请地质专家对特殊地质地貌进行“会诊”，将超前地质钻孔、监控量测、TSP、地质雷达、瞬变电磁、隧道洞内三维探测及隧道监测预警信息化系统等技术手段应用于施工，及时分析预报中的地质问题动态调整施工方案。在施工中，针对不同不良地质，采用洞内自进式超前管棚、高大溶洞段明洞施工、全断面帷幕注浆堵水等施工工法，成功解决了复杂不良地质段施工的技术难题。通过走出去引进来提高技术管理水平，动态调整钻爆参数，优化钻爆设计，整合专业化工班，压缩工序搭接和持续时间，加快施工进度，在多方的共同努力下创下单洞口单月掘进272米的记录。</span></p><p
