15px;color: rgb(4, 4, 4);font-family: 微软雅黑;font-size: 15px;">，优先通过邮寄、传真等方式提出申请，最大程度减少人员流动聚集；确需当面提交行政复议申请的，可以通过电话预约后递交。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: Times;font-size: 18px;letter-spacing: 2px;text-indent: 21px;"><span style="line-height: 15px;color: rgb(4, 4, 4);font-family: 微软雅黑;font-size: 15px;"> 二、申请人通过邮寄方式申请行政复议的，请在信封或者邮件封套上注明“行政复议申请”字样。邮寄地址：重庆市城口县北大街行政综合楼八楼。收件人：城口县司法局行政复议与行政应诉科。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: Times;font-size: 18px;letter-spacing: 微软雅黑;"> 四、申请人及其代理人因疫情正在隔离、治疗，或者因交通受限、中断等受疫情影响的原因，无法在法定期限内申请行政复议的，适用《中华人民共和国行政复议法》第九条第二款关于“</span><span style="line-height: 15px;color: rgb(4, 4, 4);font-family: 微软雅黑;">因不可抗力或者其他正当理由耽误法定申请期限的，申请期限自障碍消除之日起继续计算”的规定。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family: Times;font-size: 18px;letter-spacing: 2px;text-indent: 21px;"><span
