border-box;"> (一)返校要求<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"> 1.符合返校健康要求，家长与学生的渝康码均是绿色。返校前连续14日无高风险地区相关旅居史、接触史、发热史，坚决杜绝带病入校。<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"> 2.准备好健康承诺书。学生和家长必须诚信记录提交个人健康情况。有隐瞒或虚假填报，法定监护人将自行承担全部责任。学生必须诚信汇报个人情况，隐瞒旅居史、接触史、发热史等情况的，根据国家相关规定追究法律责任。<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"> 3.返校时乘坐交通工具上放学路上要戴口罩。不准随意拼车。<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"> 4.返校前，学生进行健康自检自查，请自行做好严格的体温检测，凡体温≥37.3℃或有发烧、干咳、乏力等症状者，暂缓返校，请家长陪同及时就医诊治，确保身体无任何异常后，持医院健康证明，方可返校。<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"> 5.返校前，佩戴好红领巾，整理好仪容仪表，准备好学习用品。<br style="box-sizing:
