17px;">文娱领域乱象污染的是一个国家、一个民族的精神家园，妨碍的是广大青少年的成长发展。对其进行全面整治，早已超越一行一业的具体范畴，具有“国之大者”的战略意义。广大网络新媒体从业机构和人员要认真学习领会习近平总书记关于宣传思想工作的重要思想，深刻认识此前种种乱象已经到了“非治不可”的程度，深刻理解当前一系列治理举措的必要性、针对性、紧迫性，深刻把握党和国家彻底矫治、正本清源的坚定决心，做到在思想上同向，在认识上同步，在情感上同频，共同参与文娱领域乱象治理工作，共同担负培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人的历史使命。</span></p><p 17px;">一段时间来，国家网信办、文化和旅游部、广电总局等部委先后制定出台了一系列举措，针对“饭圈”文化、“唯流量论”、“娘炮形象”等不良现象和部分从业人员背离公序良俗、违反职业道德、触犯法律法规等不良行为进行综合治理。广大网络新媒体从业机构和人员要积极响应支持、坚决贯彻执行，自觉对照国家有关管理、规范要求，履行自身责任，不搞变形变通。各网络新媒体平台要拿出切实行动，落实矫治畸形“追星”、防止粉丝拉踩互撕、禁止未成年人应援消费等具体要求，实现标本兼治，做到守土尽责。广大网络新媒体从业人员要自觉加强法律法规学习，自觉承担社会责任、践行社会主义核心价值观，自觉提高专业水准，坚决抵制低俗、庸俗、媚俗倾向，始终成为网络文明建设的积极力量。</span></p><p 强化正面引导，助力为党育人。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">网络是青少年重要的成长环境，有什么样的互联网，就有什么样的青少年。广大网络新媒体从业机构和人员要充分发挥渠道传播、内容生产、技术研发等方面的优势，通过网络新媒体唱响主旋律、传播正能量，带动青少年依法上网、理性上网、文明上网，引导青少年坚定理想信念、明辨是非真伪、树立正确导向，按照党的要求健康成长。中国青少年新媒体协会将持续开展“中国青年好网民”优秀故事征集活动、“青年网络文明志愿行动”、“清朗网络·我来护苗”等主题活动，积极助力涵育清朗网络空间。</span></p><p
