2em;">红军村距离高燕镇场镇半小时车程，地势开阔、民风淳朴，因常年受交通制约，经济发展滞后。全村共有884人，其中贫困群众217人。近年来，高燕镇将解决贫困户安全住房作为扶贫工作的一项重要内容，对全镇贫困人员住房情况全面摸底排查，通过危房改造、易地扶贫搬迁等方式，切实保障贫困群众住房安全问题。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><div 2em;">华龙网－新重庆客户端记者采访时，覃洪江的“三步梯农家乐”生意正好，房前屋后的小院也干净整洁，时不时有邻居前来光顾。据龚佑美介绍，目前自家农家乐和小卖部每个月大概有近1000块钱的收入，加上和村集体一起种植了3－4亩大黄，一家人生活基本够用。</p><p style="margin-top: 30px;margin-bottom: 30px;list-style:
