一、温馨和谐，婚事新办。树立婚姻新观念，推行集体婚礼、植树婚礼、“爱心”婚礼、公益婚礼、旅行结婚等婚礼。反对高价彩礼、高额礼金、奢华婚礼，控制宴请桌数、酒席档次，不攀比斗阔，不大操大办，不铺张浪费。反对低俗、恶俗婚闹行为，做到婚礼热闹不喧闹、乐民不扰民、环保又生态、简约又适度。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"> 二、厚养薄葬，丧事简办。弘扬孝老敬老传统美德，自觉履行赡养义务，既保障物质需求，又给予精神慰藉。服从殡葬管理，缩短治丧时间，缩小治丧规模，缩减治丧费用，简化治丧仪式，不乱搭灵堂、不乱燃鞭炮，不搞迷信、不做“道场”、不修大墓。提倡文明祭奠、低碳祭扫，鼓励以敬花植绿、家庭追思、网络祭祀等方式表达哀思。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"> 三、重情尚俭，喜事少办。提倡不办、少办生儿育女、生日庆典、毕业升学、参军入伍等喜庆宴席，尽量做到不请客、少请客，不送礼、不收礼。不盲从攀比、不大摆筵席，抵制滥发请帖、借机敛财。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"> 四、党员带头，干部示范。党员家庭要带头移风易俗，杜绝大操大办，反对封建迷信，从简办理个人及亲属婚丧喜庆事宜，真正管好自己、带动亲属、影响他人。国家公职人员、人大代表、政协委员和其他社会公众人物要认真落实有关规定，带头抵制婚丧礼俗陈规陋习，带领亲朋好友、身边群众维护公序良俗。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"> 五、人人参与，各方尽责。乡镇（街道）、村（社区）要履行属地责任，加强宣传引导，强化监督管理，严厉打击借宗教仪式之名、行骗人敛财之实的行为。村（社区）要健全红白理事会等社区社会组织，完善村规民约，明确办事规范，发挥约束作用。文明实践志愿者要积极作为，做好宣传解释、思想疏导、文明劝导工作。红白喜事从业人员要服从管理，持证上岗，规范服务。广大群众要转变观念，相互提醒监督，不违规操办、参与红白喜事。</span></p></section><section
