渝西高铁有新进展！国铁集团已完成渝西高铁的可研报告方案审查！

16px;">四川省发改委10月13日消息：1—9月，今年滚动安排的67个川渝合作共建重大项目已开工64个，累计完成投资1866.8亿元，其中，2021年完成投资741.4亿元，年度投资完成率73%。项目建设继续保持加快推进的良好态势。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">一、基础设施项目建设持续发力</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">29个项目已开工27个、累计完成投资1261.8亿元，其中，今年完成投资529.3亿元，年度投资完成率71.5%。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">1、高铁项目</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;"></span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(216, 79, 169);">4个项目已开工2个，成达万、渝昆高铁项目今年完成投资近100亿元，成渝中线高铁启动建设，渝西高铁可研报告已通过国铁集团内部审查及会签。</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">2、省际高速项目</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">9个项目已全部开工，今年完成投资102.7亿元，年度投资完成率90.4%，内江至大足、泸州至永川、广安过境高速公路等项目建设加快推进。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">3、航运枢纽项目</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">11个项目全部开工建设，累计完成投资69.7亿元，其中，今年完成投资10.8亿元，广元港张家坝作业区（一区）一期工程进港公路即将完成路基施工。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">4、川渝千亿方天然气基地项目</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">累计完成投资727.4亿元，其中，今年完成投资305.4亿元，前三季度四川累计生产天然气355.5亿立方米，同比增长14.4%，完成2021年产量的77.3%。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">5、毗邻地区平台基础设施项目</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">4个项目全部开工建设，累计完成投资39亿元，其中，今年完成投资10.4亿元。</span></p><p style="line-height: 16px;">23个项目全部开工，累计完成投资456.4亿元，其中，今年完成投资154.3亿元，年度投资完成率85.7%，较上月提高14.7个百分点。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">1、制造业项目</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">12个项目累计完成投资178.3亿元，其中，今年完成投资67.3亿元，年度投资完成率75.7%，遂潼环氧乙烷产业合作园、遂潼天然气产业园、大竹川渝合作产业园部分子项目已建成投产。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">2、数字经济项目</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">4个项目累计完成投资238亿元，其中，今年完成投资73亿元，年度投资完成率101.5%，国家级重庆（荣昌）生猪大数据中心自贡运营中心已挂牌成立，重庆猪八戒知识产权大数据服务运营中心项目公共服务平台已建成。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">3、现代服务业及高效特色农业项目</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">7个项目累计完成投资40.2亿元，其中，今年完成投资13.6亿元，年度投资完成率71.6%，渝威国际农批冷链项目一期工程、华蓥高兴站货场、潼安特色农业产业项目基本建成。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">三、文旅、科技、公共服务项目进展顺利</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">15个项目已开工建设14个，累计完成投资148.7亿元，其中，今年完成投资57.9亿元。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">1、文化旅游项目</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">6个项目全部开工，累计完成投资140.9亿元，其中，今年度完成投资51.1亿元，年度投资完成率94.5%，巴蜀非遗文化产业园、石刻文创园区等项目加快建设。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">2、科技创新项目</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">5个项目全部开工，累计完成投资3.3亿元，其中，今年完成投资2.6亿元，电子科技大学重庆微电子产业技术研究院、长江上游种质创制大科学中心等项目加快推进。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">3、公共服务项目</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">4个项目开工3个，今年完成投资4.3亿元，其中，西南大学宜宾产教融合实训基地、宜宾人力资源服务产业园·产教融合公共实训中心项目、铜遂人才共育园正在开展基础施工、设备采购等工作，国家西南区域应急救援中心项目正在开展初步设计等前期工作。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">下一步，推动成渝地区双城经济圈建设联合办公室将会同有关方面，继续强化重大项目实施的服务保障，督促有关单位对照年度目标任务，特别是对未开及进度滞后项目，协调落实开工要件和建设保障，推动项目加快实施。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 128, 255);">“国铁集团已完成西渝高铁的可研报告方案审查，国家发展改革委已委托相关单位对项目开展可研评估将于近期上报国家发改委审批。我省境内段可研审批要件已基本齐备。待项目获得可研批复后，项目公司和设计院即可开展初步设计、施工图阶段各项工作。</span></strong><span style="font-size:
