border-box;">主动发现，“就在身边”——全县民政干部以开展新时代文明实践和党史教育实践为契机，深入推进常态化工作机制，着力解决困难群众“急难愁盼”问题。从2021年三季度社会救助工作执行情况看，社会救助工作井然有序，救助水平稳步提升。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">一、城乡居民最低生活保障执行情况</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">截至9月，全县共有城乡低保对象5374户12032人，占全县总人口数4.77 %，较上季度净减645户1716人。保障对象有进有退，“进退有序”。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">二、特困供养人员救助供养执行情况</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">截至9月，全县有特困供养人员1970人，其中集中供养535人；失能特困供养人员473人，其中集中供养197人。符合条件的对象实现了“应养尽养”。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">三、临时救助执行情况</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">三季度累计实施临时救助430人次，发放救助金114.92万元。急难型困难群众实现了“应救尽救”。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">四、“民政惠民济困保”项目执行情况</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">截至2021年9月，“民政惠民济困保”累计参保总人数为9548人。全县发生理赔案件521起，已决案件521起，结案率100%。困难群众兜底保障防线更加密实。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">五、信息核查执行情况</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">三季度共计核查4070户次11667人次，预警282户次329人次。核查资料审查中共发现问题369户，审查合格率90.91%，与二季度相比有所提高。“逢救必查”“应查尽查”，核查工作水平进稳中有升。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">六、“一门受理、协同办理”执行情况</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">截至9月，“城口县社会救助一体化协同办理平台”救助信息录入共721条，其中453条已办结，268条尚在流程办理中。录入信息与救助申请审批信息基本同步。一体化平台实现规范化运行，困难群众获救更加方便快捷。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">七、改革创新主动发现救助工作机制执行情况</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">一支以县、乡镇（街道）、村（社区） “三级响应”体系的社会救助主动发现救助工作队伍，整合了民政（社会事务）业务人员、残疾人专职委员、驻村队员和村（居）两委成员、网格管理员、残疾人专职委员、村（居）民小组长、党员代表、乡贤人士等力量，主动发现救助对象，落实“救在身边”工作职责。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing:
