font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: 10px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; line-height: 1.75em; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="outline: 0px;max-width: 100%;font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box !important;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">（二）未依法对从业人员进行安全生产教育和培训，或者矿山和危险化学品生产、经营、储存单位，金属冶炼、建筑施工、道路交通运输单位的主要负责人和安全生产管理人员未依法经安全生产知识和管理能力考核合格，或者特种作业人员未依法取得特种作业操作资格证书而上岗作业的；与从业人员订立劳动合同，免除或者减轻其对从业人员因生产安全事故伤亡依法应承担的责任的。</span></section><section style="color: rgb(63, 62, 63);
