2em;"><strong>优选一线“排头兵”，纳贤力促乡村振兴。</strong>坚持把建强村（社区）党组织书记队伍作为推动乡村振兴的关键因素，采取在现有“两委”成员中优育一批、退伍军人中优选一批、外出务工经商人员中优召一批等措施，实现村（社区）党组织书记队伍实现学历水平提升、专业素质提升、整体功能提升、年龄明显下降的“三升一降”目标。今年村（社区）“两委”换届后，新一届“两委成员”92人，大专及以上学历占比52%，书记、主任“一肩挑”的村（社区）13个，占全镇93%，乡村振兴“排头兵”矩阵逐步成形。大力开展乡村振兴“小精专”专题培训计划，从合作社、家庭农场、产业基地聘请“土专家”“田秀才”30人，与14名村党组织书记精准结对，手把手传经验、解疑惑、授技能，指导他们练就乡村振兴过硬本领。</p></section></section></section><section
