“培养一名大学生，挖掉一个穷根子，带动一个家庭脱贫致富”。11月8日，由重庆兴农担保集团筹集的2万元资助金已全部汇入咸宜镇10名困难大学生银行账户中，这一份初冬的帮助，让受助大学生感到格外温暖。</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"> 自重庆兴农担保集团派驻咸宜镇青龙村第一书记余汛到岗以来，始终把做好巩固脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接，解决群众“急难愁盼”问题放在首位。余汛在入户走访中发现，目前建档立卡贫困家庭大学生资助政策还存在“空档期”，部分家中有在读大学生的脱贫户经济支出压力增大。</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"> 针对上述问题，余汛第一时间向重庆兴农担保集团党委反馈并寻求帮助。集团党委高度重视，积极行动，迅速研究制定帮扶方案，决定对咸宜镇困难大学生进行学费资助，每人每年2000元，一直资助到其完成全部大学学业。</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"> 为确保本次资助做到“公平、公开、公正”，在咸宜镇党委政府和驻镇工作队的指导下，根据“脱贫不稳定户、边缘易致贫户、低保户优先”的原则，余汛率驻村工作队与村“两委”共同讨论明确了资助准入条件，完善了自主申报、村“两委”初审、驻村工作队复审、入户走访、民主评议、公示等环节，在全镇范围内选定了10名大学生。</p></section></section></section></section></section><section
