2em;">家庭是社会的细胞，是构建和谐社会的基础。然而，家庭暴力的存在，严重损害家庭成员的身心健康，破坏家庭的和谐，成为影响社会稳定的重要因素。2016年3月1日颁布实施的《反家庭暴力法》明确规定了国家禁止任何形式的家庭暴力，公权力应对家庭暴力进行干预，并创设了家庭暴力告诫、人身安全保护令、紧急庇护等重要法律制度。法律实施六年来，为有效预防和制止家庭暴力、保护家庭成员合法权益发挥了重要作用。</section></section></section><section
