2em;">比赛结束后，参赛老师分别就自己的公开课做了自评。随后，评委小组推荐城口中学英语教研组长周利先老师为代表，分别对三位老师的课堂教学进行了点评。周老师讲到：三位教师业务素质高、教学能力强、有亲和力，深受学生喜爱;设计教学活动从学情出发，善于利用歌曲、游戏等方式激发学生兴趣。结合学本教学，注重学生学习习惯的培养。但在课堂时间把握要更有时效性，学生的在学习过程中的自主探究培养还要有待提高，学生在学习中的主体地位表现不明显，对学生的课堂表现评价要及时。周老师建议：希望年青教师们要保留和坚持住现在的教学状态，热爱教育这一岗位，同时坚持教学和中职的高考考点相结合，把中职高考考点融入到我们的每一节课中去，提高教学成绩。</section></section></section></section><section
