border-box;">本次集中教学合格课展示活动由四个环节组成，课前说课、活动组织、活动自评及活动他评。新进青年教师们在各教研组教师的帮助下，及经验型老师的指导下认真备课、精心准备，她们使用最新教学技术，体现了我园“儿童为主教师为辅” 、“玩中学 学中玩”的教育理念，呈现出一次又一次精彩的教学活动。胡尚桃老师的教学内容新颖有趣，她引导托班的小宝宝们粘贴出绚烂有趣的毛毛虫；方勤老师用简洁干练的语言，将知识经验与幼儿实践操作相结合，清楚明晰的引导幼儿学会了用一一对应的方法比较两种物体的多少；陈思思、禹丹凤两位老师利用生活中常见水果，让孩子们了解了水果的色、形、味及基本营养成分，让幼儿掌握了水果的多种吃法及注意事项；罗春燕老师利用简单的线条和丰富的色彩，引领孩子们大胆创作了美丽的烟花；张桃老师以幼儿前期调查为导向，以自己独有的教学节奏，带领幼儿一起梳理了数字在生活中的广泛应用，让幼儿明白了数字符号所代表的不同意义和作用；徐昀老师的科学活动《动物过冬》，激发了孩子们探索和认知的热情，在活动中掀起了一次次的小高潮；向欢老师用精美的课件和教具，帮助孩子们理顺了上下左右四个方向的数序；敖春雨老师仅用一只布袋熊，带领小班幼儿疯“玩”了上下里外等方位知识，充分阐释了我园“心中有爱、眼里有光、健康活泼、自信独立”的培养目标；李若愚老师借助课程《小小莫扎特》的教学方法，用图谱的方式，陪着孩子玩节奏、玩乐器、赏音乐，让孩子们充分感受了音乐游戏的快乐。彭琪老师更是精彩呈现了一堂高质量的科学探究活动，她以问题为导向，以实践探究为基础，以交流讨论为路径，让孩子们自主探索出声音产生的条件及传播途径；梁鑫老师让孩子们在爱的抱抱里感受了温情，林欢老师让孩子和听课老师们共同享受了中国的“福”文化，田银兰老师营造的喜庆氛围让幼儿期待新年的到来。</p></section></section></section></section></section><section
