0);">（一）葛城街道：土城社区、凤凰社区、梧桐社区、滨河社区、桂花井社区（环山步道以下<含环山步道>所有区域、红军公园、东至城观二路与棉纱村道交汇口）、东方红社区（环山步道以下<含环山步道>所有区域北至原希望小学、西至北环支路与殡仪馆路交汇口）、柳杨社区（滨河水岸以北至五桥头）。</span></strong></section><section style="text-align: 0);">（二）复兴街道：太和社区（太和一路至沱溪河交汇口、太和二路、观音堂路、复兴路）、和平社区（北至城万快速公路和平加油站）、茅坪社区（东至S301城巫路茅坪加油站）、友谊社区（公租房、廉租房区域100米内）。</span></strong></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 15px;">二、城口县除上述区域外的下列区域（场所）禁止燃放烟花爆竹</span></strong><span style="font-size: 15px;"></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">易燃易爆物品生产、储存单位；文物保护单位；车站、桥梁、隧道；饮用水水源保护区内；输变电设施安全保护区内；医疗机构、幼儿园、学校、养老机构；化粪池、沼气池、地下管网；森林、草原等重点防火区；法律、法规、规章规定禁止用火的其他区域或者场所；以上区域或者场所，由有关单位设置明显的禁放警示标志，并负责管理。</span></section><section style="font-size: 15px;">三、在上述禁放区域内，禁止生产、经营和储存烟花爆竹。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">四、重大节庆活动确需在禁放区域内组织焰火燃放的，按照国家有关规定执行。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">五、公安、应急、生态环境、住建、市场监管、交通等部门依据各自职责，负责禁止燃放烟花爆竹的相关管理和行政执法工作。各乡（镇）人民政府、街道办事处负责禁止燃放烟花爆竹的宣传和禁放工作。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">六、未经许可生产、经营烟花爆竹的，根据《重庆市燃放烟花爆竹管理条例》第十七条之规定，由应急管理部门责令停止非法活动，没收非法生产、经营的物品及违法所得，并处两万元以上十万元以下的罚款。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">七、在禁放区域（场所）内燃放烟花爆竹的，由公安机关处一百元以上两百元以下的罚款；情节严重的，处两百元以上五百元以下的罚款；构成违反治安管理行为的，由公安机关依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》相关规定处罚。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"> 八、阻碍烟花爆竹监管执法人员依法执行公务的，由公安机关依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》相关规定处罚；构成犯罪的，移送相关部门依法追究刑事责任。燃放烟花爆竹造成人身伤亡和财产损失的，依法承担法律责任。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span
