16px;">2月13日，在开州区大进镇，正在建设中的南长沟特大桥，工人们正在100多米高的桥墩上进行预应力张拉作业。城开高速B3标现场负责人王小勇介绍，由于大桥2号、3号主墩墩柱位置没有运输通道，为桩基顺利施工，项目部花了4个月时间，修建了一条375米的隧道和一座139米的钢便桥，方便材料运输。同时，为确保施工质量和安全，施工方采用主墩双向对称施工，保障墩柱受力平衡和顺利合拢。</span></p><p inherit;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">城开高速B2标项目总工兰福军介绍，城开隧道左线长11.489公里、右线长11.456公里，工程地质和水文地质条件极其复杂。其中构造带（褶皱）有7条，断层破碎带6条，岩溶富水段17段，软岩大变形4段，煤与瓦斯26段，岩爆10段。</span></p><p 16px;">为准确判明掘进前方给施工作业带来的不良地质环境，施工方采用4种不同的超前地质预报方法，探测前方长、中、短围岩地质情况。在隧道掘进过程中，使用了最先进的三臂凿岩台车，每条臂长达18米，定位精准，最大限度地避免前方遇到的不良地质灾害造成的施工隐患。</span></p><p style="vertical-align:inherit;"><br></p><p
