border-box;">据村民说：白芷山，最高海拔1700多米，我们所住的地方1100多。这条最早的公路在这里上山，直到1500多米的地方翻越到背山后，开始下山。道路蜿蜒崎岖，翻山越岭地穿梭在大山的林海绝壁，以前一直是土泥路，前几年才硬化成水泥路。这足以表明以前进出城口的艰辛与困难。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">后因山下城万快速路的通车，现在这条路除了偶尔能遇到一二辆摩托或三轮外，几乎没有车辆行驶了，显得分外的静谧与宁祥。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">城万快速路的开通，闲置了这条元勋功臣之路，白芷山隧道的开凿把此地到达城口的时间，由原来的两三小时，缩短至30来分钟，给人们的日常生活、生产出行带来了巨大的变化，给当地的经济建设和发展产生了重大影响，也极大地提升了城口县的城市品位。这真是应验那句老话：要致富，先修路！</p></section><section style="box-sizing: border-box;"
