visible;">9:00至9:40，观摩团队来到户外操场，观看幼儿集体早操活动，中大班的孩子在老师的带领下精神抖擞地做操，展现出良好的风貌。随后在园领导的引领介绍下，观摩老师参观了幼儿园的整体环境。首先观看户外环境创设，包括运动场地、大型玩具及教学楼、走廊等环境打造；随后步入幼儿活动室，仔细观看内部环境的布置，近距离对班级主题墙、区角创设、室内美化及游戏材料的投放等方面进行聚焦性观摩。来宾们被温馨和谐的氛围和优美的园所环境所吸引，纷纷称赞我园环境美观，富有创意，充分结合本土特色，渗透本园办园理念，凸显出内涵丰富的园所文化，并表示值得他们学习借鉴 border-box;">10:50—11:50，观摩团及园领导、教研部、保教部相关成员齐聚贝贝楼四楼会议室，认真查看老师们平时的教学计划、方案、听课笔记、家访记录等资料。经过对我园教学常规管理工作一系列的听、看、查、访后，集中召开了学习反馈交流会。会议由胥主任主持，刘园长首先作汇报发言，主要汇报了三个方面的内容：一、在安全管理上求真，在安全教育上务实；二、抓好日常教学常规活动，促幼儿全面发展；三、加强园本教研，深化课程建设、提高教师组织活动的质量。在汇报自评结束后，真诚地邀请观摩团多提建议和意见。崇扬幼儿园刘恋园长、阳光幼儿园陈方苏园长、葛城托幼所林芳园长先后发言，她们对我园的教育教学常规工作给予了高度评价和一致认可，在充分肯定成绩的同时，又中肯地指出了努力的方向，对一些还有待提升的地方提出了建设性意见。最后是自由讨论时间，大家畅所欲言、各抒己见，在不断的深入探讨、切磋启发和心灵碰撞中，进一步促进了老师们的专业化成长。</p></section></section><section border-box;">我园各分园也先后开展了教学常规观摩学习活动。高观分园4月21日上午接待了巴山学校分管附属幼儿园负责人、教研组长、教师代表组成的观摩团队及巴山学校校长、副校长来园观摩学习、交流探讨。观摩团队参观后对园本课程、班本课程、劳动课程表现出浓厚的兴趣，对优美的环境创设给予了高度评价。4月22日，北屏分园在总园唐园长的带领下，热情接待了周溪小学张杨权校长带队的附属幼儿园各位同仁一行来园参观，重点观摩了该园环境、早操及户外游戏活动、班本课程的开展。4月26日，坪坝分园迎来了由徐中兰书记带队的复兴小学附属幼儿园观摩团一行，在执行园长周红英的引领下，进行了坪坝校区教学常规观摩学习交流。徐书记对园内环境打造、师幼状态以及活动开展等方面给予了高度评价，总园园长唐贞兰对活动进行了全面总结，希望大家共同努力，把城口学前教育搞得更好！</p></section></section><section
