visible;">城口县公安局刑事侦查大队，成立于建国初期,现有民警22人，辅警8人，平均年龄38岁，是一支专业、精干、年轻的队伍。近年来，在县局党委坚强领导和市局刑侦总队的大力指导下，坚持主业主责，充分发挥破案打击主力军作用，始终保持主动进攻的高压态势，对各类刑事犯罪的严打，有力的维护了辖区政治稳定和社会安宁。大队先后被授予“重庆市公安局人民满意单位”、连续三年获评全市公安工作成绩突出基层单位，2022年荣获“重庆市工人先锋号”，队伍中涌现出“全国优秀人民警察”、“重庆市特级优秀人民警察”等一大批先进典型。</section></section><section transparent;">2020年3月组织成立县反诈中心，设立综合协调、预警处置、平台监测、案侦研判、案件侦办等岗组，分工协作开展打击电信网络新型违法犯罪工作。一是严厉打击电诈犯罪。深入推进“断卡”、“断流”、“510”专项行动，2020以来年破电信网络诈骗案件245起，挂牌部督案件1件，破案1件，破案率达100%；抓获犯罪嫌疑人93人，移送起诉87人；追赃返还200余万元。二是全方位做好宣传覆盖。全县184个自然村的村警依托派出所、村民委员会，配合传统+现代的模式，充分利用村警微信工作群，高效快捷地开展网上反诈宣传；同时结合实地进村张贴海报、悬挂横幅标语、发放宣传手册，及时掌握预警信息和线索，针对性的点对点入户宣传、院坝宣传，做到全县农村地区村村全覆盖，开办“防骗课堂”和特定人群专题讲座10余次，以讲授我县高发的冒充领导诈骗、贷款诈骗、“刷单”、“杀猪盘”等典型案例的方式，对等高风险性群体进行专题宣传，增强防骗知识。三是坚决打好预警防范仗。2021年12月推出“城口金钟罩”反诈APP，策动注册人数达到40883人，58758人次受保护，占全县应注册人口的22.7%，通过该系统成功劝阻225人次，挽回群众潜在损失137万余元，电诈犯罪上升势头得到有效遏制。</section></section><section transparent;"><p>刑侦大队在应对重特大案件时总是冲锋在前，破解难题，准确应用法律法规，在多起重大案件侦办中创造性的开展工作，取得了良好的社会效果和法律效果。一是严厉打击严重暴力犯罪。2021年破获夏某某涉嫌故意伤害案、钟某某被强奸案、2022年破获王某某被强奸等暴力犯罪案、张某某被抢劫案、危某某故意杀人等严重暴力犯罪案件。二是严厉打击传统盗抢骗犯罪。2022年2月刑侦大队牵头成功破获一起以婚介为名实施诈骗的诈骗案件，打掉一起涉案金额60余万元，受骗人数达80余人，以公司化运作的诈骗团伙，成功抓获犯罪嫌疑人30名。三是严厉打击拐卖犯罪和性侵犯罪。侦破2021年李某某涉嫌强制猥亵他人案；侦破2022年陈某等人拐卖越南妇女案。一系列的重大案件侦破，进一步提升了群众对城口公安的满意度，增强了人民群众获得感、幸福感和安全感。</p></section></section><section
