border-box;">支教生活已经过去了近两个月，随着对环境的熟悉，对同学们的深入了解，教学工作也更加有针对性。从学生时代走过来的我，清楚地知道同学们需要什么样的老师。人无完人，每个学生的身上都有闪光点和不足点，我们要做的是发现闪光点，指正不足点，多去包容，严慈相济。每个孩子都是纯真的，潜力也是无限的，每一位老师都应具备有耐心、有魄力的工作素养去激发他们的潜能。然而，教师工作又是复杂多样的，有时候也会令我感到疲惫与无力。但当我听说，之前让某某老师非常头疼的两个学生，现在居然主动完成学习任务，还主动把作业交给我批改……这样的信任，更加激励我把教学工作做好。通过和学生们的耐心沟通与交流，我发现他们内心都有柔软的一面，也都有想要进步的愿望。可能我改变不了所有孩子，但仍相信“星星之火，可以燎原”！</p></section><section border-box;">时间是让人猝不及防的东西，二月中旬，我怀着激动的心情，来到了美丽的城口。刚到学校我并没有马上被安排上课，而是先听课。我认为这是非常有必要的。因为我虽然具备一定的理论知识，但并没有实践经验。旁听各科老师的课，尤其是自己本专业的课是一种享受。老师们的教学逻辑严谨、目标明确，能够很好的掌控课堂，课堂氛围十分生动有趣。经过一段时间的摸索和学习，我渐渐掌握了一些教学方法。在教学上，我遇到的最大问题是课堂纪律和语言沟通。通过不断地学习，我学会了纪律管理的技巧和方法：建立奖惩机制、发挥榜样作用、树立自己的威严等等。</p><p
