SimSun;">允许职业院校将校企合作、技术服务、社会培训、自办企业等所得收入，按一定比例作为绩效工资来源。实施绩效工资总量追加单列机制，将职业院校高层次人才的“市场化”薪酬，教师获得的职务科技成果、技术服务转化为现金奖励；市内各级财政科研项目资金间接费用的绩效支出，以及职业技能社会培训收入的5％—20％单列追加，计入当年绩效工资总量，且不受总量限制，不纳入总量基数。国家、市级“双高计划”高职院校，在统一规定控制增幅的基础上可分别按不超过调控基数的15％、10％上浮。职业院校科技人员兼职或离岗创业取得的收入、高职院校教师从事多点教学获得的合法收入等不纳入绩效工资总量管理。</span></p><p
