!important;">2021年7月，城口县检察院公益诉讼部门接到群众反映，该县复兴街道杜家坝一居民楼前有人堆放易燃易爆物品。检察官朱光带队快速到达现场，从卡车司机口中确定胶桶内储存的是醇基液体燃料，堆放胶桶的是城口重城新能源公司，堆放时并未经过街道和有关部门的许可。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; vertical-align: !important;">原来较使用天燃气成本而言，使用醇基燃料目前无需开户，价格相对便宜，火力旺，在餐饮行业被广泛使用，城口城区300余家餐馆、乡镇100多家餐馆、农家乐均使用由重城新能源公司提供的醇基燃料，该公司也是城口唯一一家经营醇基液体燃料的企业。重城新能源公司在四川达州进货后，主要负责燃料的配送和销售。</span></p><p !important;">经城口县检察院调查，全县醇基液体燃料存在经营企业厂区管理不到位，没有警戒标志；暂存点未经许可设置，燃料灌装在密封效果差的胶桶里，容器不符合行业规定；燃料配送使用三轮车；40余家餐馆燃气灶具不符合质量安全标准等诸多问题。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;vertical-align:inherit;"><br></p><p !important;">“醇基液体燃料本就是危险化学品，现被各大餐馆广泛进行使用，全城日均用量达2吨，确保其存、运、用等全流程万无一失，事关社会公共安全。”9月2日，城口县检察院组织召开醇基液体燃料安全监管公益诉讼诉前检察建议集中送达座谈会，向有关部门和属地街道现场送达检察建议书，督促对县域餐饮行业开展专项排查，强化监管措施，积极落实整改，切实堵塞燃料安全漏洞。</span></p><p
