周溪：凉风村不再“凉”有个“暖男”书记解题忙

visibility: visible;">在重庆市城口县周溪乡凉风村，漫山遍野的竹林郁郁葱葱，村民忙碌的身影时隐时现。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">“脱了贫，我们的日子越过越红火，腰包也鼓起来了！”</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">“路修好了，娃娃能上学，我们也搬进了新房。”</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">“这些变化多亏了伍书记……”</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">村民们口中的伍书记，是凉风村党支部书记伍东，一个放弃当小老板、回乡当村官的“归雁”。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">担任凉风村党支部书记以来，他将着力点放在“两不愁三保障”上，发展竹笋和药材产业；有了收成之后，又为村民寻找水源，解决吃水难问题；为了将脱贫“摘帽”落到实处，他还帮助老人建房……</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;"><strong style="list-style: none; visibility: visible;">“暖男”归来 不当老板当村官</strong></p><section style="text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">时间回溯到2016年，那时的凉风村作为深度贫困村，还是另一番景象。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">山高坡陡，土质贫瘠。村民面朝黄土背朝天，辛辛苦苦一整年，却没有多少收入，艰难度日。年轻人不愿待在村子里种地，大都选择外出打工，伍东就是其中之一。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">高中毕业，他便外出打拼，最终落脚湖南，经营着一家手机销售店，年收入十万元。离开大山的日子虽然荷包鼓了，但在他内心深处，却依旧牵挂着家乡和深山里的父老乡亲们。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">2016年，伍东毅然转让掉店面，回村竞选党支部书记，带领村民脱贫致富。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">为迅速摸清贫困底子，尽快找到发展路子，伍东来到凉风村后，立即进入角色。他每天花大量时间在村里“暴走”，和班子成员一道逐户走访，认真摸底。原本持怀疑态度的村民，也逐渐认可了他。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;
