visibility: visible;">为推动实体经济、民营经济高质量发展，培育一批骨干企业，壮大一批潜力企业，支撑县域经济发展，根据《城口县人民政府办公室关于印发城口县“双百企业”评选工作方案的通知》（城府办发〔2021〕103 号）文件精神，经研究同意，决定开展城口县“双百企业”动态调整工作，现将有关事宜通知如下：</span></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><strong style="visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(255, 9, 0); visibility: visible;">一、申报范围</span></strong></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">（一）年主营业务收入500万元以上的农林牧渔业；</span></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">（二）全部工业企业、建筑业企业、房地产开发经营业；</span></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">（三）年主营业务收入500万元以上零售业，主营业务收入200万元以上的住宿和餐饮业；</span></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">（四）年主营业务收入500万元以上的批发业、交通运输仓储业；</span></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">（五）年主营业务收入在200万元以上的社会服务业及其他行业。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><strong style="visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(255, 9, 0); visibility: visible;">二、申报条件</span></strong></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">（一）在城口县内注册登记的中小企业，具有独立法人资格；</span></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">（二）企业正常生产经营；</span></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">（三）具有健全的财务管理制度；</span></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">（四）从事业务符合国家、重庆市产业政策；</span></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">（五）未列入严重违法失信企业名单（通过国家企业信用信息公 示系统查询）、严重失信主体“黑名单”（通过重庆市信用信息应用平台、“信用重庆”网站查询），未受到财政违法行为处罚，不存在应退未退财政资金等行为；</span></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">（六）2021年已申报企业本次可不再申报，评选以2021年上报资料为准。如企业2021年度具有加分项目的，需在2021年申报资料基础上补充相应资料；</span></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">（七）本次动态调整依得分高低排序，评选明确重点企业、成长型企业各30家。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><strong style="visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(255, 9, 0); visibility: visible;">三、有关要求</span></strong></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69); font-size: 14px; vertical-align: inherit; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">请符合条件的企业认真研究，按照文件要求积极开展申报工作，将申报材料于2022年5月27日（星期五）下午17:00点前报送至城口县经济和信息化委员会工业经济运行与中小微企业发展科（城口县葛城街道桂花苑3号楼301），电子资料发至邮箱<a href="mailto:648689960@qq.com">648689960@qq.com</a>，逾期不在受理。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(80, 68, 69);
