visible;">城口县东安商会于2021年12月成立，2022年4月正式登记注册，现有40家会员单位。2022年2月10日，在镇党委、政府的领导下，东安商会召</span>开第一次会员大会，选举产生了组织机构，设会长1名、常务副会长2名、副会长6名、秘书长1名，理事15名，监事1名。东安商会围绕打造服务型商会、发展型商会、奉献型商会和宣传型商会的目标，建设“道相同、利相共、心相通”的商会文化，带领会员单位在自己家乡的热土上大展宏图，发挥自身资源优势，打造出具有东安精神的基层商会，通过商会展现东安创业者、企业家的创新精神和拼搏精神。</p></section></section></section><section visible;">(一)规范自身建设，打造服务型商会。一是充分征求镇党委、政府及会员单位意见，制定《东安商会章程》、《东安商会财务管理制度》、《东安商会会费收取及管理办法》等相关制度，在第一次会员大会上全员通过，明确规定了会员入会条件、入会程序、会员的权利和义务，为发展会员提供了标准。二是严格按照商会章程，定期召开理事会、会员大会，每3年进行换届选举、收取会费，按月公开财务，积极接受监事、镇党委、政府、县级行业部门监督。三是着力为会员提供法律咨询、人才招聘、融资牵线、企业诊断、投资理财等服务。商会领导班子每月走访5-10家会员单位，及时了解单位发展情况及困难，运用商会的整体合力，发挥集体智慧跟组织作用，帮助指导企业解决困难，走出困境。</span><section (二)加强沟通交流，打造发展型商会。一是加强与异地商会、协会的交流合作，镇党委、政府积极支持商会工作，先后组织会员单位到九龙坡区二郎商会学习2次，东安商会与二郎商会建立长期合作关系，共享资源，为东安商会成立、运营提出宝贵意见。二是加强会员之间的交往，搭建好平台，定期开展讲座培训、联谊交流活动，会员之间寻求项目合作，优势互补，在东安商会的引领下共同发展。</span><section (三)建立结对帮扶，打造奉献型商会。一是全面启动“万企兴万村”行动，建立村企利益联结机制，东安商会会员单位与9村1社区签订合作协议，以村(社区)实际情况，开展消费帮扶、劳务协作，深入调研村(社区)产业，通过引进资源、发展项目、拓展市场、信息交流等多种方式助力联系村特色产业发展，截止目前会员单位面向东安镇提供就业岗位260余个，实现就业160余人，带动群众外出务工380余人。二是积极响应党委、政府号召，开展代表履职“三个一”活动。会员单位负责人中，有党员8名、镇党代表6名、县人大代表4名、镇人大代表13名。东安商会充分发挥党员代表示范引领作用，为群众办实事、办好事，会员李鑫、万昌连私人出资为群众修建桥梁、整治排水沟，在9.19洪灾中，会长袁金凯、常务副会长肖青宝、陈跃武、副会长郑勇、王方平、马红培、会员汪勇等带队返乡参与抗洪救灾。在今后，东安商会将积极组织会员开展关爱慰问等相关志愿服务活动，每年每个会员单位办一件惠农惠民实事，凝聚商会力量，为群众奉献。</span><section
