坪坝镇丰田村驻村第一书记王治春：千方百计解“难念的经”，“搭桥铺路”谋乡村振兴

visible;">作为重庆轻纺集团合川轻纺工业园有限公司副总经理，王治春积极争取派驻单位通过合作社购买农产品，打通销售渠道，助力消费帮扶在丰田村落地。在他的努力之下，轻纺集团的职工们购买和品尝到了优质的农产品，消费帮扶的收入也源源不断地流入村民口袋，截至目前，合作社业务已实现销售收入近30万元，这座消费帮扶的“桥梁”正日益稳固，发挥出坚实的增收力量。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span 0);">回忆起去年五月刚到丰田村时，王治春感慨：由于缺乏农村工作经验且对村里情况不熟，对于如何接待村民来访和处理问题常常束手无策，向村支书学习请教了许多，而一年多扎实的一线工作实践，更是让他积累了不少与村民打交道的经验。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">王治春驻村时正好赶上入夏，他利用夏天村民下地早的特点，每天早上6点就出门，沿着村道晨练，在上班前徒步近十公里，在田间地头、进入村民家中帮忙做点简单农活，协助村民收摘，嘘寒问暖，建立感情，在跟村民熟络后再自我介绍，引导他们打开话闸子聊难处，打消他们的顾虑。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0);">这天，王治春偶然听到村民交谈中提到村里有10多户居住在半山腰上的村民生活用电线路是裸线，由于山高林密，在大雨天容易出现漏电打火现象，存在严重的安全隐患。王治春默默记下，带领来自电力公司的老艾等驻村队员，发挥各自的专业知识，勘察电力线路、拟好整改方案，在向电力公司申请线路改造的同时，利用在原单位管理安全工作时掌握的专业知识，指导综治专干将PDCA管理模式引入安全管理，推动村级安全管理体系的建立和完善。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span 0);">2022年年初，因盗窃被判刑的小彭（化名）刑满释放，但进过监狱的他内心充满自卑自责，家庭矛盾颇多，缺乏一技之长，不敢融入社会。王治春了解情况后，多次主动上门做工作，关心小彭生活，调解家庭纠纷，帮助其营造和谐家庭氛围。同时耐心进行心理辅导，为其讲述许多浪子回头的事例消除其自卑心理。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">为了让迷途的孩子“零障碍”回归社会，王治春主动寻求镇领导和镇司法所的支持，恰逢县乡村振兴局组织创业就业培训，在争取到培训名额后积极动员小彭，多次沟通后小彭终于同意参加培训。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">此次乡村振兴局组织的培训对脱贫户和监测户每天有40元误工补助，但小彭属于一般户不能享受该项政策，王治春担心其心里不平衡，同时也考虑到其家庭的实际困难，随即表示，只要小彭完成培训并取得合格证书，就从工作经费中给予其一定的生活补贴。目前，小彭已坚持完成一个月的封闭培训，驻村工作队正在努力为其联系工作。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="color: 0);">乡村防疫工作是重点也是难点。丰田村虽距坪坝镇不远，但村民居住分散，偏远村组距镇中心卫生院虽然不到五公里，但山路崎岖令不少村民对接种新冠疫苗望而却步。同时，还有部分疾病缠身的村民对自己的身体状况是否适宜接种疫苗心存顾虑，不敢主动尝试。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">听说了这些情况，王治春随即挨家挨户上门，一一为有疑虑的村民做好解释，告诉村民接种疫苗的好处，争取他们的理解配合；对于老年村民因交通不便、行动不便打算放弃接种的情况，王治春组织驻村干部和村干部用自己的车辆免费接送前往医院接种，两个月下来，他们忙前忙后累计免费专车接送村民30余人次。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">村里基础设施建设落后，为了给村里产业发展打基础，王治春多方争取，为村里争取到500多万元的农网改造项目；为了改善村容村貌，解决村道污水横流问题，他带领党员群众义务清理村道边沟，埋设排水管，方便村民出行；为了解决汛期饮水管网被冲毁导致的村民生产生活用水问题，他筹集经费购买管线组织村民自行维修；还为孤寡老人送衣送鞋，为留守老人收苞谷、背洋芋……</span></p><p><br></p><p><span
