visible;">据介绍，此次新推出的10条促进汽车消费畅通物流运输措施，有的主要通过放宽通行限制，释放内需潜力，刺激汽车消费持续恢复，为汽车生产和销售企业纾困解难，如：放宽皮卡车通行限制、放宽新能源货车通行限制、放宽轻型货车通行证办理。有的主要是在减环节、减时间、减负担、减跑动四个方面持续优化交管服务，推动畅通经济内循环，如：放宽车驾管社会服务站申办主体和业务范围、优化车驾管服务。有的主要解决疫情期间白名单企业和闭环企业的运输通行，保障产业链供应链稳定，如：优化企业周边道路交通组织、加强交通秩序维护、保障进出通道畅通等。总的来看，这10条措施既是对稳经济大盘相关任务的细化，也是对解决有关突出问题的回应。初步估计，措施实施后，将有利刺激全市汽车消费增长，为企业减少办事和物流成本，并将对车驾管社会服务站等中小企业的发展带来明显拉动效应。</span></section><section visible;">据了解，近年来市公安局在全面推动公安部40项交管“放管服”改革措施精准落地的基础上，紧扣企业“急难愁盼”，先后推出《10条支持汽车消费助力企业发展交管服务措施》《深化公安交管放管服改革“我为群众办实事”11项便民惠企措施》等一系列交管服务举措，有力促进了汽车消费，全市新能源汽车同比增长122%；有力保障了物流畅行，线上办理货车通行证4.3万余笔，惠及500余家货运企业；有力减轻了企业负担，仅实行机动车安全技术检验和综合性能检测“两检合一”改革1项，每年为货运企业减免约3400余万元；有力带动了产业发展，在全市建成车驾管社会服务站291家，年均办理车驾管业务150万余笔。</span></section><section
