visible;">酒吧工作人员明知其是未成年人，仍私开后门让其进入包间娱乐饮酒。</strong></span>期间又来了几名不认识的未成年陌生人，但甲某丝毫没有戒心仍喝酒直至醉酒状态。</p><p style="white-space: normal; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; visibility: 第二天凌晨3点左右，甲某被共同饮酒的三名陌生人背着来到南昌某酒店。其中一名陌生人用自己的身份证在前台登记后，公然背着甲某从酒店前台处乘坐电梯进入酒店房间，期间<span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170); visibility: visible;"><strong style="visibility: visible;">酒店工作人员明知开房人也是未成年人，背着的甲某不省人事，但没有依法询问监护人信息及双方关系，也没有及时向公安机关报告。</strong></span>后三名陌生人与甲某共同入住酒店期间，对甲某实施了侵害。</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing:
