initial;">“菌草业的优势在于能够以‘巨菌草’替代树木，减少对林木的砍伐，有效保护森林资源。除了栽培食用菌，‘巨菌草’还可以用作动物饲料，对于水土保持也有良好的效果。此外，菌草业对劳动者体力和技术要求都不高，经过简单培训，老人妇女都可以从事。”说起菌草业的优势和作用，何立坤如数家珍。</p><p style="margin: 32px 0px 0px;padding:
