style="font-size: 17px;">城开高速城口收费站至滨河公园北岸路连接线全长1.34公里，项目采用二级公路（兼城市道路功能）标准建设，设计车速40Km/h，路基宽度为20米，连接线直接与滨河北路相接，再通过柿子坝大桥将进城交通与过境交通剥离，一方面加强了县城与高速的直接连接，方便城区市民的快速出行，另一方面避免了过境交通对城区内部交通的干扰。</span></p><p 17px;">据介绍，水稳层是水泥稳定碎石层的简称，即采用水泥固结级配碎石通过压实、养护完成。作为硬质路面和土质路面的过渡层，水稳层能有效和路面及路基结合形成一个有机体，具备提高道路承载能力、降低建设成本、减少路基积水等多重作用。该连接线将摊铺3层水稳层，为保证项目质量与进度，本次水稳层摊铺作业采用半幅施工的方式进行。记者在现场看到，数台机械设备正有条不紊展开作业，工人们配合机械设备迅速平整路面。</span></p><p
